Sponsoring a family with a Doula is an investment into their Birth Story ! Providing access to a doula allows families to be advocated for, educated, and supported within the spectrum of their desires. Being supported during such a transformational period such as Birth directly impacts Birth Justice and better outcomes in terms of Maternal Mortality.
Did you know a baby born in water doesn’t breath until their mouth touches the air? While submerged, they behave as if still in the womb. A water birth is often a gentler option for babies to transition from the womb space, aside from being comforting to Mamas. Sometimes accessing the birth of their dreams is only out of reach because of the lack of a birth pool. Sponsor a family with access to a water birth here, bringing their dreams into reality!

During the current Maternal health crisis ,a Midwife provides an opportunity for a deeper relationship with an understanding for family’s individual needs and preferences. Having a provider that knows a family on an individual level directly affects outcomes related to maternal mortality.
